Biography & Background
Dr. Wakisa Simukonda is a Lecturer in the Department of Land Economy and Quantity Surveying at the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS). He received his PhD in Construction Management from Nelson Mandela University (NMU) (2024), an MSc in Construction Project Management from University of the West of England (UWE) – Bristol (2017) and a BSc in Quantity Surveying from University of Malawi – The Polytechnic (2014).
