Rumbani is a Lecturer in Food Science specializing in functional foods, food preservation, food chemistry, and food processing. My research focuses on developing health-promoting functional foods, enhancing food safety through innovative preservation methods, understanding chemical interactions during processing, and optimizing nutritional quality and shelf-life.
