Mike Gomezgani Banda, BSc. Land Management (Land Surveying), (Mzuzu University, 2018), MBA in Human Resource Management (Alagappa University, 2025).

Mike Gomezgani Banda is a Malawian Land Surveyor and a Human Resource Management Professional based in Blantyre, Malawi who holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Management (Land Surveying) Degree (2018) from Mzuzu University, Malawi and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree (2025) from Alagappa Institute of Management ( Alagappa University), Tamil Nadu, India under Faculty of Management.

He has a Core Experience in Land Surveying, Cadastral Surveying, Hydrographic Surveying, Photogrammetry, GIS and Remote Sensing, Workforce Diversity Management, Talent Identification and Acquisition, Employee Motivation, Strategic Human Resource Management, Employee Wellness and Performance and Retention, Strategic HRM, Organizational Behavior and Land as well as Labour Laws.
