Biography & Background
Dr. Kenneth Gondwe holds a PhD in Industrial Management (majoring in low carbon manufacturing), Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Oklahoma State University, USA and BSc (Mechanical Engineering) from University of Malawi, the Polytechnic. Mr. Gondwe is a fellow of Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD). He is currently a Senior Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Malawi – The Polytechnic, a position he has held since 2003. Before joining UNIMA, he worked as Director of Technical Services for Malawi Industrial Research and Technology Development Centre (MIRTDC) and for Unilever as Factory Manager for 6 years.
