I am an Electrical and Electronics Engineer and Associate Lecturer at the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS). I hold a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic, and an MSc (Eng) with a distinction in coursework, majoring in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Cape Town. I have six years of combined work experience spanning power transmission and distribution, photovoltaic systems, IoT-based remote monitoring, PLC/DCS automation, and applied AI research for fault detection and microgrid protection. I have a proven record of leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects for telecommunications, water utilities, and commercial clients, alongside active peer-reviewed research and university-level teaching. I am the CEO of Comfort Home Innovations Limited, a start-up focused on delivering solar, smart security, and electrical engineering solutions across Malawi.
