Gloria is a mature lady that excels in meeting objectives using independent action, prioritization and leadership skills. I am a driven individual with a passion to succeed in all my endevours, who is confident and poised in interaction with individuals at all levels.

Multitasking is one of my strong suits, while I am still able to be detailed, oriented and resourceful. My self-motivation and my ability to work independently results in well thought out decisions. I possess exceptional presentation communication skills, while remaining calm under pressure with the ability to employ analysis and creativity to resolve problems while thinking logically. Gloria is a dedicated individual, with a reputation for consistently going beyond what is required.

Gloria is a seasoned Marketing Executive who is well conversant with Business Management, Accounting and Administration. She is a holder of Masters of Communications Management from The University of Strathclyde Business School, Scotland. The Masters of Communications Management is a full time degree providing students with an in-depth and practical knowledge of the economic, legal, regulatory and managerial issues in the telecommunications and related sectors. It is in effect an MBA for the telecommunications industry.

Gloria is also a Chartered Marketer by profession, with the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. She has more than 30 years’ hands-on marketing and sales experience in the private sector in Malawi.
Gloria is currently a Lecturer in Marketing and Corporate Strategy, at the School of Business and Economics at Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences. She is also the Malawi Representative on the Africa Marketing Association Education Board.

Currently Gloria is doing her Msc. in Digital Marketing with the University of Liverpool. It is clear that there is a gap in the knowledge of digital marketing as the environment demands. Digital marketing is the way to go in this age and I strongly believe that this degree will accord me the knowledge and ability to effectively perform, manage and lead in the market today.
